Booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy
Full prepayment is required when you book, and changes need more than 24 hours' notice. Here is how it works.
Booking and confirmation
- Full prepayment is required. Payment does not guarantee or confirm an appointment.
- All appointment requests stay pending until the practitioner accepts and confirms them.
- Please don't arrive unless your appointment has been confirmed.
- We reply to every booking request within 24 hours.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- Appointments cancelled or changed more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability and at our discretion.
- Cancellations, rescheduling or changes within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Why we ask for prepayment
We ask for prepayment because your appointment time is reserved only for you, and your room and single-use supplies are prepared before you arrive. It also keeps our schedule fair for every client waiting for a spot.
